Located in beautiful Alajuela, Costa Rica, this two-bedroom condo will easily accommodate four and is equipped with cable TV, high-speed internet, dining room for six (including plates, bowls and cutlery), hot water (with shower and bath towels), washing machine, all standard kitchen appliances and cooking utensils, and a private enclosed garden for sunning, eating or just relaxing. The condo complex has a swimming pool and 24-hour security.
The unit is on the ground level of a 2 storey building constructed of concrete in late 2006. Plans are for 10 2-unit buildings in total, and about half the complex has been completed. But don't worry, the landscaping, outdoor pool and ranchero (a covered outdoor deck) are complete. Construction isn't immediately next door and doesn't cause noise or dust problems, but it does provide interesting sights at times.

Location in Alajuela
Everything you need is within 8 blocks of the condominium near Alajuela's center, including a central park with lots of friendly people, a fountain, musicians, and vendors of ice cream and freshly squeezed orange juice. In addition to grocery stores, a large local market with everything from fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and seafood to leather goods and cafes is a block from the park. If you want to learn Spanish, Intensa, offers excellent conservational classes within walking distance.
Parking and Guide Service
Parking is available in front of the condo if you want a car or have friends drop by to visit. You can be relaxing at the condo 10 minutes after your arrival at the main Costa Rica airport for San Jose (SJO), located on the other side of town. Don't worry, no planes flying overhead will disturb your enjoyment - the area is quiet except for hummingbirds flitting around the flowers in the garden.
